Front Metrics Technologies offers a variety of training's / workshops options, allowing you to choose the topics and delivery method that are right for your company. Our experienced consultants provide these services to a large number of organizations, both private and public. Our training division uses multiple delivery models to impart training to the students.

Our experienced consultants have delivered these training's to a large number of corporate's and organizations. We provide administration, development and end user workshops / training's on BMC Remedy ITSM, ITIL® and COBIT® . Given our extensive experience with ITIL®, COBIT® and BMC Remedy IT Service Management , we have developed a suite of online and instructor led training classes targeted towards developers, administrators and end users of Service Desk, Change Management, Asset Management, Service Level Management and Service Request Management. We provide customized BMC Remedy workshops for end users, ITSM Consultants, Remedy ITSM Application Developers and Remedy ITSM Application Administrators.

We offer training's and workshops, allowing organizations to choose the topics and delivery method that are right fit for them. We have been successfully delivering accredited ITIL®, ITSM and COBIT® training and certifications for corporate and individuals. We have developed custom workshops for BMC Remedy ITSM, ServiceNow and HP Service Manager tools focused towards organisation specific business needs. These workshop's are delivered through experienced and certified practitioners.


Customized Corporate Training:


We provide custom corporate training. All of our corporate workshops and training can be customized and delivered at your facility, as "on-site" training. "Customized" workshop and training means that the instructor can tailor the workshop/training around your requirements. This is accomplished by adding a "mini-assessment" ahead of the workshop/training, which gives the instructor a snap-shot of the client's requirements before the workshop/training. This workshop / training format is most effective when held at the client's facility. All questions, comments, and discussions are concentrated on your specific issues.

Online web-based training is a way of delivering courses via the Internet . These full-day, "online" instructor-led programs are segmented into two four-hour sessions with coffee and lunch breaks between the courses. Participation is possible anywhere there is a computer with Internet access. Audio is delivered over the VOIP and the slide show and relevant documents can be viewed simultaneously via a web browser. Students save on travel time and expenses. Each web-based training course will be facilitated by our instructor. The courses are limited to 4 people who register to allow for optimum participant interaction. Participants also have an opportunity to ask questions during the session on VOIP or by typing in questions through an online "chat" feature.

Our online training helps students to benefit from peer-to-peer interaction and one-on-one time with access to industry's best online instructors. During classes, students are allowed to access Front Metrics Technologies live labs where they can test their skills.
